4. AI Limitations & No Guarantee Clause

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated voice and text outputs are algorithmic and probabilistic

  • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually incorrect

  • AI responses must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice

Fachand does not guarantee accuracy, correctness, suitability, or outcomes from AI-generated responses.

5. Client / User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your use of AI bots

  • Informing end users when they are interacting with AI (where required by law)

  • Reviewing, testing, and validating AI outputs before real-world use

Any reliance on AI output is entirely at your own risk.

6. Subscription, Fees & Payments

  • Fees are charged as per the selected plan (monthly, annual, or usage-based)

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise

  • Fachand may modify pricing for future billing cycles with notice

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Service

Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.

7. Free Trials & Beta Features

Free trials or beta features:

  • Are provided “as is” and “as available”

  • May be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time

  • Carry no warranties or service-level guarantees

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All software, AI models, workflows, APIs, designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of Fachand

  • Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service
